Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (“PDPL”), the personal data that you have shared with Kaizen Tasarım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Kaizen Technology"), a company being registered at Istanbul Trade Registry under the registration number 31941-5 with its registered office at Reşitpaşa Mahallesi Katar Caddesi İTÜ Arı Teknokent 4 Binası Blok No: 2/50 İç Kapı No: 6 Sarıyer İstanbul, as the data controller are processed and protected in accordance with PDLP.


Kaizen Technology receives your personal data by way of the forms and documents that you may fill for your job/internship application, your attendance to career events organized by Kaizen Technology, conducting any trading activity regarding or similar to sale or purchase of any goods or services and any intercourse regarding a possible business opportunity.


Kaizen Technology, as data controller, may process the personal data you shared as described on article 3-(e) of PDPL for the purposes below:
a) following-up and finalization of job application processes
b) keeping personal files and maintaining employer-employee relationships
c) conducting occupational health and safety procedures
d) keeping financial and accounting records
e) performing payment-collection and invoicing activities
f) maintaining and improving business intercourses

Your personal data that you have shared with us shall not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent or for any purpose other than those processing and sharing purposes stipulated herein and under the PDPL.


Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, our shareholders and third parties located domestically and abroad that we receive services from or we are in cooperation with in order for us to carry on our activities for the aforementioned purposes. In cases where our service providers and/or the servers of our service providers are located abroad, the said transfer shall be defined as international transfer of personal data according to the legislation. The international transfer of your personal data is based on Article 9 of PDPL. Again, your personal data acquired by the photos and videos taken during the events organized by Kaizen Technology may be published on Kaizen Technology's website and social media accounts, on electronic or physical platforms controlled by Kaizen Technology, and in Kaizen Technology's press bulletins.


Your personal data, is collected in cases where the explicit consent is obtained; it is explicitly stipulated in the law; it is disclosed publicly by the relevant person himself; it is necessary to process the personal data provided that it is directly related to execution or fulfillment of a contract; it is obligatory in order for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations; processing of your personal data is mandatory for our legitimate interest provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not violated.


Provided that the circumstances provided under Article 28 of the PDPL titled “Exceptions” are reserved, we would like to remind you that you have the right to apply to Kaizen Technology and (a) learn whether your personal data is processed or not, (b) request information on such in case your personal data is processed, (c) learn the purpose for processing of your personal data and whether they are used in line with such purpose or not, (d) learn the third party recipients to whom your personal data have been transferred to locally or abroad, (e) request rectification of your personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately, (f) request erasure or destruction of your personal data as per the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the PDPL, (g) request the notification of the third parties, to whom your personal data have been transferred to, with respect to the transactions made as per sub-clauses (e) and (f) above, (h) object to any negative consequence resulting from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, (i) if any, request rectification of the damages that you suffered in writing due to unlawful processing of your personal data.


The requests stated in your application shall be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the content thereof.

I hereby declare that I give my explicit consent for processing of my personal data which I have shared with Kaizen Tasarım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Kaizen Technology”) by way of the forms and documents that I fill for my job/internship application, my attendance to career events organized by Kaizen Technology, conducting any trading activity regarding or similar to sale or purchase of any goods or services and any intercourse regarding a possible business opportunity to be used conveniently, limited and in connection with the purposes of following-up and finalization of job application processes, keeping personal files and maintaining employer-employee relationships, conducting occupational health and safety procedures, keeping financial and accounting records, performing payment-collection and invoicing activities, maintaining and improving business intercourses and sharing of my photographs and videos taken by Kaizen Technology during my attendance to the career events on Kaizen Technology's website and social media accounts, on physical or electronic platforms controlled by Kaizen Technology and in Kaizen Technology's press bulletins and transferring of my personal data with the same purposes to Kaizen Technology's foreign and domestic (i) shareholders, (ii) natural and legal persons, (iii)suppliers that Kaizen Technology receives service from or cooperates with and (iv) Kaizen Technology's servers located abroad.


I have read the privacy notice drafted by Kaizen Technology. I was informed about my rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698 and my right to revoke the permissions that I have given with my explicit consent at any time.
